We’re extremely selective about who we allow into our programs because I'm in the enviable position of not needing to appeal to everyone — just the right people. I'd rather work with a small group of people who are committed to taking action, than a large group of people “hoping” to make a change who are looking for the latest magic bullet.
Please read this carefully, because these rules are ironclad.
The RAD method is NOT for you if…
❌ You pass out just reading the word “presentation”. This is a real medical situation and you want to work with a medical professional. (There is a big difference between this and nerves.)
❌ You're looking for a magic bullet without putting in the work that goes into building a new skill that will improve you and your life.
❌ You're hoping for a magic bullet, this 4 day intensive session is hard work and will be stressful! Hope is not a business strategy.
❌ We’re not interested in opening this course to everyone — just the right participants that are committed to personal growth and life changing skill development.
The RAD method is for you if…

And if you're wondering about the difference between the RAD method and typical “public speaking” or “presentation skills” sessions, I've broken it down for you in the FAQ below.
Take a second to read through. If you can't find what you're looking for, remember that you can text, call or email to learn more.
YES! Past participants have called it “Life changing” and “The best training I’ve ever participated in!” It’s not magic, it takes hard work during the four days and it will be challenging on many levels.

There are a variety of ways to learn how to share information. The reality is most of them are what we call “Spray and pray.” the person attends the session from a few hours to a full day and after it’s over you pray that it worked. This is a 4 day intensive life changing system. The RAD Method uses its unique process and works but it takes time and energy to learn it and apply it!
The RAD method uses a proven process to make sharing ideas and information highly effective. Participants are shocked when they learn, “It’s not about you!”. Most people that present or share ideas have it all wrong because they think it’s all about them. That’s WRONG. The participants are the most important person in the session.
The RAD Method shows how to present ideas and information that is engaging and participant centered. An often overlooked benefit of this is when the participants are the center of attention it reduces stress for the person sharing the information or ideas.
The RAD method is built for busy business people. The course is an intensive 4 day session that is participant focused. It’s packed with proven tools and techniques to reach the participants' growth goals. The time invested in these skills will pay dividends for a career.
This is an intensive and immersive 4 day session. This is not “spray and pray” it’s delivering a number of presentations and learning from each other. It takes time to build new habits and practice to become comfortable with it. The wrong way to present is to “Spray and pray!” with RAD we make the participants the center of attention.
This reduces or eliminates stress, fear and anxiety!
99.9% of the participants come in with that feeling. The great news is when you learn the secrets behind RAD much of that concern, worry and fear disappears because you realize, “It’s not about you!”.
Also the room is a loving and supportive group and is working together to help each person reach their goals.
The great news is this is a very loving and supportive group. The participants work together and support each other. The goal is to help each participant learn and grow in a loving and supportive environment.
No. The RAD Method system does not depend on any skills. It’s a methodology that takes the pressure off of delivering the presentation because “It’s not about you!”.
I'm a big fan of lots of books and courses on presentation skills. But after studying hundreds of books and courses — I wanted to show you the actual process of the RAD method from beginning to end. It’s designed to take the pressure of the person presenting the ideas but more importantly it increases the impact and success of the ideas and information that is shared.
The truth is, most books and courses fetishize one tactic. "You need to visualize the room naked! You need to practice in front of the mirror for hours! You need humorous way to start!" Actually, you don't. You don't need any of those things. Remember this small but important point… people listening care about one thing more than anything else…it’s not you!
They care about themselves!
The one day sessions are BS. That's why we tossed all of that aside and built our own system. That proprietary system is what you'll find in the RAD method — and nowhere else.
The D in RAD is for DO! The more participants say and DO the more they remember.
